Founder of Olive Branch Consulting, Crystal is an Executive Coach and Facilitator. She is also a Leadership Coach for the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® for North America. Crystal has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Talent Development. Crystal has coached leaders at every level from middle management to C-Suite in local and global organisations for over 20 years. Prior to consulting, Crystal served as a Director and Talent and Development Consultant with Chubb, North America.
Crystal is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Diversity Facilitator from Harvard’s Conflict Management Group. She holds a PhD in Organisational Leadership and a MA in Human Resource Management and Business. Crystal believes in giving back and currently serves on the Board of Directors for a Bermuda High School for Girls and the National Musuem of Bermuda.
