Alyson Hyman helps leaders, teams, and organizations unlock the wisdom within their own systems to navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and create meaningful change. For more than 25 years, she has partnered with businesses, universities, nonprofits, foundations, and international organizations across more than 25 countries throughout Asia, Africa, Latin America, and North America.
Drawing on expertise in leadership development, organizational learning, behavior change, and systems transformation, Alyson designs and facilitates experiences that help groups move from insight to action. A seasoned practitioner of Liberating Structures and other participatory approaches, she creates environments where every voice can contribute, collective intelligence can emerge, and people can make progress on what matters most.
Alyson holds a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University. Her career has included leadership and advisory roles with IQVIA, UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and Ipas. She is the Founder and Principal of Luminate Collab, where she helps organizations bring collective wisdom to light and create traction on their most important challenges.
