I focus on making the invisible dynamics that shape human behavior, power, identity, and conflict visible and workable at scale. I bring this orientation from direct experience as a product manager at Meta (Facebook), a conscious leadership executive coach at Asana, and through decades of relational facilitation inside high-performance environments.
Most recently, I built an Al-hybrid platform designed to unlock leadership and team development by safely surfacing the hidden patterns that quietly organize how people relate, decide, and defend.
My work is grounded in systems thinking, deep pattern literacy, and a view of human beings as both fully shaped by context and fully responsible at their own level of organization. I am continually humbled and fascinated by how breakdown, presence, and meaning drive real transformation in individuals and teams.
