Eileen Flynn has had a solid career in developing people and organizations, globally, within three large, reputable companies: Johnson and Johnson, Honeywell, and Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP).
She spent most of her 13 years at J&J in the Pharmaceutical sector leading a team development organization that supported R&D teams. Her research-based diagnostics and methodologies became a best practice across the company.
Eileen currently offers practical solutions to individuals, teams and organizations in her firm, Legacy Teams, LLC. She uses her extensive knowledge in the field of organizational development to provide holistic recommendations to her clients. Her main areas of focus are in executive coaching, team development, change management, and employee engagement. She has worked around the globe and has a unique skill in cultural awareness.
