Tom Heck is the President and Founder of TeachMeTeamwork.com, a website filled with free team and leadership development resources which are accessed by a community of coaches, trainers, and facilitators from over 100 countries. Tom has authored and coauthored multiple books on teambuilding and has worked with teams across the US and around the world. Tom is an award winning banjo player, successful inventor, and a 3.5 rated pickleball player who lives in Asheville, North Carolina with his wife and golden retriever.

• “Working Genius” workshop – – A team development program developed by bestselling author Patrick Lencioni. Tom is a certified Working Genius workshop facilitator who specializes in working with nonprofit and EDU leadership teams. Since 2023 Tom has been helping leadership teams hold better meetings, build deeper trust, increase morale, and, most importantly, experience more joy and fulfillment at work. These workshops are delivered face-to-face and via Zoom video conferencing.
