How do conscious leadership cultures impact wellbeing, engagement, purpose, relationships, innovation, results, and more?
The LFC’s 2024, its 106th year, summit focused on Cultivating Conscious Leadership Cultures. We built on what we have learned about Conscious Leadership. We learnt what conscious leadership cultures look like, feel like, and the impact they have. Ultimately, we collaborated to create a rubric that can help leaders, organizations, and communities grow into and sustain their culture to be a more conscious and impactful one.

Maha El-Sheikh and Brooke D. Lavelle, Co-Founders of Courage of Care Coalition, offered participants an experience of their iterative framework, CourageRISE, which leverages spiritual, contemplative, psychological, philosophical and somatic lineages in service of expanding our heartfelt and skillful capacity for relational tending.

Shawntee Reed, formerly a global led of diversity and inclusion at Block, lead an immersive workshop on the pivotal role of belonging plays in an engaged and empowered culture.
Mike Morrison, Co-author of “Creating Meaningful Change,” and Clint Kofford, Chief Talent Learning Officer at Covetrus Inc., guided participants through a transformative session based on their book Creating Meaningful Change.
