Expanding Conscious Leadership

The LFC Collective is the consulting practice of the Leadership Forum Community. It is a mission-driven community and curated “human library” of coaches, facilitators, program architects, authors, and innovators that are connected with external partners’ leadership challenges.

 

LFC Collective members are empowered to share their expertise and extend their impact. External partners are offered a trusted source of diverse leadership expertise matched to their individual, community, and organizational needs.

 

Through collaboration between LFC Collective members and external partners, we expand conscious leadership in the world: cultivating awareness, clarifying intentions, and supporting responsible action.

LFC Collective Service Offerings

Our programs are intentionally flexible. They can be delivered in-person, remotely, online, or in a hybrid model, ​and may be facilitated by a single consultant or a collaborative team of Collective practitioners, depending on your needs.

Coaching

A comprehensive range of support from group mentoring and multi-month mentoring relationships to executive coaching coupled with assessments and vertical development methodologies.

Intentional change journeys designed to build awareness, alignment, and ownership at every level of an organization. We blend conscious leadership practices with practical tools to help individuals and systems navigate complexity, reduce resistance, and turn change into sustainable transformation.
